Our empathetic team can be your rock during a difficult time. We take time to explain everything gently, answer your questions with honesty and care, and respect your choices throughout the process. Whether you prefer to stay with your pet or to step out for a moment of privacy, we will support you however we can. One of the hardest parts of letting go of a beloved family pet, may be the decision to include children in the appointment. In our hospital, if you children are in attendance, but do not wish to be in the room, they are welcomed in our special “kids nook” with coloring or video games. If you prefer your child to present for the euthanasia, our veterinarians are happy to explain what they can expect to see, honestly and clearly.
